Details of the service:
- General information about degrees in English and the application process
- individual consulancy (Videocall, messages, emails…) in Student Visa process.
- We’ll help you filling out the visa application form
- Proof of accommodation delivered to the country of residence.
- We’ll review your documents before the submission of the application and provide information if you need to make corrections.
- Pick up from Prague’s Airport to city center, or assistance with it*.
- Communication with the embassy (setting up an appointment where possible).
- One hour of personal assistance at Foreign Police/Ministry of Interior upon arrival to the Czech Republic to help you with registration.
- Tracking the expiration date of your visa and sending you a reminder a few weeks before that date.
- Comprehensive Health Insurance that meets the requirements for the student visa (12 months coverage).
- Nostrification aplication fee.
- Nostrification process done by us in the Czech Republic.
- Translation and Certified copies of documentation.
- Up to two post office services from and to Czech Republic.
The service doesn't include:
- Assistance in the application process to university.
- Process of legalization of documents (Apostille or Superlegalization).
- Fee paid at the embassy for the visa application
- *We can arrange the pick up in any other airport for additional charge.
Other important notes:
- Any additional assistance provided is charged with prior notice for 30 USD / hour.
- The price doesn’t include VAT.
